Chef Marcellino will teach participants how to cook Pollo Involtino during this intimate cooking class at the restaurant’s Chef’s Island. The delicious dish, which is not on the restaurant’s menu, features breast of chicken rolled with gorgonzola, asparagus spear and sauteed in a brown butter sauce. After, guests will enjoy lunch, a fresh organic salad and Chef Marcellino’s delicious biscotti.
