Salty Sow’s executive chef, Israel Medina, introduces brand-new menu items just in time for spring at Salty Sow, Scottsdale’s popular gastropub on Tatum and Cactus. The innovative new fare includes slow-cooked appetizers such as lobster mac ‘n’ cheese and shrimp-stuffed avocados as well as entrees such as the Duroc double-cut pork chop rack and hot and spicy crispy chicken tenders.
