Chef Marcellino will teach participants how to cook pollo saporito during this intimate cooking class at the restaurant’s Chef’s Island. This delicious dish features humanely raised chicken breast sautéed with pine nuts, sundried tomatoes, mushrooms and a touch of tomato. After the class, guests will enjoy lunch of the chef’s dish, a fresh organic salad, and Chef Marcellino’s delicious biscotti.
