If you take a look at the photo above, you will see my boys and our favorite fur baby, Ace, who turned 14 last month! You can probably imagine with four energetic boys, our house is anything but quiet. From ages 7 to 15, they each bring so much love and joy into our world!

The August issue of North Scottsdale Lifestyle is dedicated to all things kids and pets! Children of all ages and our pets enrich our lives every day, which is why we want to celebrate them this month.

This month, you will hear some inspiring stories including how the Phoenix Children’s Hospital received a new grant to aid in the fight against aggressive brain tumors in children. Learn about a local and influential attorney, Scott Jenkins, who has taken on many philanthropic leadership roles and takes pride in showing his own children the importance of giving back to their community. You will also see how a local youth church group volunteered their time rebuilding a community church that suffered hurricane damage in Nassau. Take a walk on the wild side and see how local children transform into superheroes—and be sure to capture those precious family moments with our own resident photographer, Lindsay Jenks.

For all those pet lovers out there, meet Dr. Sosnow, who shares some popular pet supplements on the market and what they may do for your pet. Learn about other amazing programs for our furry friends including the Grown Pups for Grown-Ups Program and the Puppies, Pilates and Prosecco event!

We hope you enjoy this issue of North Scottsdale Lifestyle, and don’t forget to hold tight all those little loves in your lives!

Be grateful, be kind and live well,

Tammy Fellows
