Healthy HYPOXI Tips

To maintain a healthy weight and avoid bloating, stay away from starchy carbs at nighttime. Instead try a healthy fat, protein or soothing caffeine-free tea.

Always avoid drinking your calories. Stick to water or unsweetened tea. At restaurants, ask your server to not bring the “bottomless chips or bread” when you sit down.

My healthy trick at any restaurant is to always have water with at least three lemon wedges. Drink at least two glasses before eating your meal. This helps prevent overeating and reduces cravings for less healthy options or dessert.

Eight habits of people who always stay fit:
