North Scottsdale Spinatos Unveils New Pizza

The Salsicca Di Pollo pie will feature chicken sausage, light spinach, roasted red pepper, red onions, fresh garlic, Pecorino Romano, light mozzarella, Fontina and extra virgin olive oil. Anthony Spinato describes their delicious new pizza stating, “The inspiration behind the pizza is two-fold. First, it exemplifies our core value of diversity; our vision for the menu is to add diversity to it. Chicken sausage is a new item at Spinato’s; it’s a healthier option than Italian Sausage and appeals to many demographics. Most of our pizzas are sauce-based, while this one features an extra virgin olive oil base. It uses a blend of three cheeses, (Pecorino Romano, Mozzarella and Fontina) yet we do not apply as much as we do on our other pizzas. It eats lighter, pairs well with white wine and can be enjoyed as an appetizer or an entrée.” For more information, please visit SpinatosPizzeria.com
